ELV Kiosk 2.0.6

For child care providers that have an affiliate agreement with Early Learning Ventures (ELV) and actively use the ELV CORE Website for child care management, the Kiosk provides daily tools to track attendance for both children and staff.

• Starting a Kiosk requires an active staff user account with permissions to start a Kiosk or an active Kiosk user account. Access begins only after successful authentication.
• Once started, the Kiosk enables parents to check children in and out, display communications between the provider and parent, allow parents to approve attendance records entered by the provider, view or request attendance reports, and update their contact email address and mobile phone number (optional). A unique security code is required for each user to access the Kiosk.
• Staff members can check in and out to maintain work time records. The Kiosk also presents provider–staff communications, allows viewing and requesting attendance reports, and supports updating contact information (email address and mobile phone number, optional). Each user requires a unique security code to access the Kiosk.
